SafeSite Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
SafeSite is an AI-assisted safety supervision application for construction and HSE professionals. It helps users analyze camera, video, or IP camera streams to identify safety observations and generate field reports.
Who we are
SafeSite is provided by SafetyVision AI. For privacy questions, contact: h.elkarboubi@gmail.com.
Data the app may process
- Camera frames, imported videos, or RTSP/IP camera frames when the user starts analysis.
- Images or snapshots attached to alerts and reports generated by the app.
- Safety analysis results such as detected persons, helmets, vests, glasses, vehicles, alert type, date/time, and report content.
- Configuration values chosen by the user, such as thresholds, notification settings, and server URL.
- Basic technical information needed to operate the service, such as request metadata and error logs.
How the data is used
- To provide AI object detection and safety alert features.
- To generate editable safety reports for the user.
- To send local notifications when alerts are detected, if the user enables notifications.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the service.
- To improve future detection quality when the user provides feedback or confirms false alerts.
Cloud processing
SafeSite may send camera frames or video snapshots to a secure server hosted by a cloud provider for AI analysis. The trained model is hosted on the server and is not included inside the mobile app. Data is transmitted over HTTPS when using the cloud server.
Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data and we do not use the data for advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers, such as hosting services, only to operate SafeSite and deliver the requested app functionality.
Storage and retention
Reports and snapshots generated on the device remain on the user's device unless the user shares or exports them. Server-side analysis data may be retained temporarily for service operation, troubleshooting, report generation, or improvement of detection quality. Users may request deletion of related data by contacting us.
User control
- Users choose when to start or stop analysis.
- Users can enable or disable phone notifications.
- Users can edit reports and remove false alerts before sharing reports.
- Users can delete exported reports from their device storage.
Children
SafeSite is intended for professional use and is not directed to children.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, including HTTPS for cloud communication and limiting the trained model to server-side use. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to reduce risks.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as SafeSite evolves. The updated date at the top of this page will be changed when the policy is updated.
